Golf Orient have expertise and recent successful experience in organising company conferences, with or without a golf day combined, and also company and society golf events.
Golf Orient started, promoted and managed the "IBC Golf Challenge", a series of golf tournaments throughout Thailand in which almost 3,000 golfers participated. We managed a very successful golf day for Investment Focus Ltd., as part of the Chief Financial Officers Summit. In Bangkok, we organised on behalf of Deloitte, Touche Tohmatsu, a golf tournament to run alongside the European Business Forum, attended by over 150 senior business executives. More recently, we organised a company conference for a leading international insurance company, which included a very competitive golf tourney.

Assist with promotion of the event, contact venue and choose tournament date. Conduct a venue site inspection
Create tournament committee and assign duties. Determine tournament theme, if any. Create tournament logo, if any. Order all tee signs & banners. |

Determine tournament format. Publish of entry form, rules of competition and prizes on offer. Create and send invitations with promotional teaser. |

Acknowledge and record entries (processing of entry fees to be done if required) and mail detailed itinerary or timetable. |

Determine awards and prizes. Obtain “Hole in One” insurance. Choose items for participant “goodie bags”(i.e. tees, balls). Choose your official tournament shirt for participants. Create foursomes/flight groupings and make tee allocations. Arrange for carts. |
