The over-arching design philosophy behind a Colin Montgomerie golf course is to work closely with natural characteristics of the site.

Montgomerie Links Vietnam has the good fortune of having truly outstanding natural features. The sandy soil, wind-blown dunes, and indigenous vegetation combine in an exceptional harmony creating the framework for a very strong links-style course will preserve the existing natural links conditions and reestablish a links landscape where the land has been previously disturbed.

This course is just south of Da Nang, on a stretch of China Beach. Nowhere near Dalat.

I doubt it was actually designed by Mr Colin Montgomery and I expect he does not even know where China Beach is!!!

i played ther on the 19th of may 2009 outstanding course only nine holes was open but 5 other holes open very soon great caddy's if you go ask for ying caddy number 2 she really know's her golf thanks for a great day.
