Lower Back Exercises for Golf

The lower back is one of the most commonly injured areas of the body in the sport of golf, and rightfully so. The lower back is placed under large amounts of stress each and every golf swing. Over time these stresses can cause debilitation to this area of the body eventually resulting in injury. To counteract the stressors placed upon the lower back from the swing, the golfer can take a series of steps to prevent injury.
