Putting Instruction is Obsolete

Putting is the main reason the average golf score has not improved in the last 75 years, despite the availability of putting instruction and improvement in grass and ball technology. Obviously, there is something wrong with the method golfers have been taught to believe is correct. Otherwise, the technology improvements would have made at least some difference.
