The course has a feel of a "links" due to its seaside location and is surrounded on three sides by forested hills. The natural lie of the land makes for a large angle of elevation on most of the holes, which adds to the interest and challenge of the course.

Seaside golf course build between two rocky peaks adjacent to the beach and hotel. This course is more like two separate 9 hole courses, one quite demanding with challenging tee-shots but the other relatively easy. The greens are very fast and feature some deceptively difficult slopes which add to challenge in making par. Be careful if you are on the wrong side of the hole, two putting is almost impossible.
