The 9-hole Bophut Hills Golf Course is located conveniently close to the main tourist area of Chaweng Beach. Easy to sqeeuze in some golfing for an hour or two when you are away on your beach holiday. Basic and short par 27, good for beginners. The course therefore caters to different clientele than it's upmarket competitor Santiburi, the only 18 hole course on the island.

Like the name suggests, the course is located in the hills of Bophut. It's a tranquil location full of coconut trees and can be a bit tricky to find as it's tucked away and is accessed through some unpaved roads easy to miss when coming from the main ring road. The clubhouse is nice and relaxing with food and drinks available. Daredevils can also try the adjoining Waterball to roll down the hill in a giant plastic ball.
