Generally, the golf club membership secondary market in Thailand offers some excellent value deals. Membership prices have been on an upward trend over the past year or so.

Thailand golf club memberships may be held by overseas residents.

Currently(as at November 2007), we have the following Phuket golf club memberships available or wanted. The prices shown  include the transfer fee, any back dues in fees, and all taxes, but are subject to final negotiation with the seller.

All memberships listed are transferable (subject to the golf clubs’ standard terms and conditions). There are NO RESTRICTIONS on persons living outside of Thailand owning golf memberships in Thailand.

Transfers can normally be effected within one day.

All prices quoted include transfer fee, payment of any back dues and all taxes.

Family Card & Corporate Spouse Card
· Family Cardholder for individual Member's spouse & registered children (aged 15 to 20) and Corporate Spouse Cardholder shall pay reduced green fee rates of THB 500 - 18 holes and THB 275 - 9 holes on both courses.
· Registered children under 15: No charge on both courses. Handicap cards are applicable.
· Enjoy similar discounts on all other facilities as the Member Card holder.

N. B. This table is meant to give an indication of the "going rate" (in the Sell column) for individual memberships. Where there entries in the Buy column that means we are actively seeking those memberships for prospective buyers. Where there are entries in the Sell column, that does not necessarily mean that that membership is available for sale as memberships for sale, particularly popular ones, tend to move very fast.
