Twin Doves offers up views of the rural Vietnam countryside from 27 holes of championship international golf just an hour north Ho Chi Minh City, also called Saigon. The three Twin Doves woodlands and lakes styled courses are identified as Luna, Mare, and Sole. The scenic Luna Course is characterized by numerous small hills bordered by natural forests. This course incorporates all the natural elements of the terrain as challenging hazards. Five of the holes are connected by rolling hills and the rest are separated by tree-lined fairways.

The Mare Course is also natural with all holes flanked by creeks and trees. However, don’t let the natural feeling lull you into a sense of complacency. Accurate shot making is critical to score well. Most of the greens are multi-tiered and guarded by water hazards, making accuracy paramount to scoring well. The Mare Course gets praise from Vietnam golf guests for being the most exciting of the three nines.

The Sole Course features an island green, beach bunkers, and plays around a blue lake. This makes the Sole nine visually appealing and challenging. Also unique to this nine is the presence of seven par four holes with only one par three and one par five. Some Vietnam golfers prefer to avoid the Sole Curse for its unconventional makeup and routing. Regardless, this nine is still attractive with a series of natural water hazards and good tests of golf.

As expected of a private club, Twin Doves facilities are all five-star. The locker rooms, practice areas, and what may be the best pro shop in Saigon all enhance the enjoyment of golf at Twin Doves. The international restaurant serves a variety Vietnamese, Asian, and Western fare but specializes in Korean dishes for most of the membership.
