Rawai Golf House

It is a smaller room but would make a third bedroom. All rooms face the pool as can be seen from the photographs below. The living dining area has a high vaulted ceiling, both bedrooms are large with en suite bathrooms. There is a modern western style kitchen. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Nice patio area around the pool, set up nicely for outdoor living.

Long term lease at 45,000 baht per month, furnished, or 40,000 baht per month net, unfurnished, is preferred to a short term rental. Short lets will be considered, rates on application.

The location is very quiet, but only a few minutes from Rawai and Nai Harn beaches and many great shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.
